Coke Happiness – Viral Video

I’ve heard marketers talking about finding ideas for viral marketing, but its not always so easy to come up with that killer idea. I was browsing through Youtube a couple of days back when the following Coke video caught my attention. Coke talks about spreading happiness in their communication and thats what they are trying to do in the following video.

They put a Coke vending machine in a college cafeteria, but there is something special about it. What they did was, they surprised the customers with various gifts that one usually doesn’t expect out of a vending machine. And as they did that, they caught the natural expressions of the customers on camera as they delighted them exceeding their expectations. A fun video to watch, check it out for yourself:
