When you go out to get a new phone this year, Apple has created two handsets for you to choose from; iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C, the former one being more expensive than compared to the latter one.

If you are familiar with iPhone 5 then you will know that iPhone 5C’s software is the replica of last year’s iPhone 5. The only major difference is that iPhone 5C is wrapped in a very solid polycarbonate body and comes with an attached case which sits on the steel frame inside. This factor has greatly increased its toughness and durability. However, before you start thinking that since the 5C model is cheaper to the 5S model so it will fit in your budget, let us tell you that it is not. So you should not raise your hopes. In comparison to other android phones such as Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One etc, iPhone 5C is still expensive.

Moving towards the design and colors, iPhone 5C is 20g heavier in weight compared to iPhone 5S. The good news is that iPhone 5C comes in a wide range of colors, with colored cases. The cases have 35 holes on its back which let the phone’s primary colors peek through and blend with a secondary complementary color. The 5 colors are pink, blue, yellow, white, and green.

Let us take a look at the specs of iPhone 5C:
• Excellent screen quality
• Smooth, swish OS
• Snappy camera
• Dual-core 1.3Gh
• Apple A-6 processor
• 16/32 GB storage
• IOS 7
• 4-inch 1,136* 640 pixel IPS screen
• 8 mega pixel camera with LED flash

So is iPhone 5C, worth buying in comparison to iPhone 5S?yes it is. 5S gives you that touch ID fingerprint sensor and it has better quality camera, but overall the iPhone 5s is such a minor upgrade than an I phone 5 in colorful sheep’s clothing makes a lot of sense of store shelves. If the look and feel of your phone means more to you than some minor hardware upgrade then 5C might just be the right choice for you.
