Brand Asim Jofa & it’s Hilarious Imagination
It’s strange how these lawn brands have tapped onto the minds of nutshells with their still trapped inside the box positioning. For example, it gets to be the season of lawn exhibitions and road turmoil when the birds of a feather flock together for the sake of trend so that they get to carry the look and feel of flaunting off brands.
Asim Jofa’s campaign is another such hilarious attempt at getting serious sales thanks to craziness and obsessive compulsive disorders of purchases that are more like B2B sales. Now taking notice of this particular billboard, it’s inferred that they are trying to position it as a premium brand of SEC A customers, however, how many people do you see driving a convertibles and in such a colourless environment as shown on the billboard?
You spend on this brand and all the colours from you are drained out through your pocket, an obvious meaning of this advertisement. That’s the idea behind the black and white billboard. We weren’t able to take a good picture here because our convertible had a roof and the convertible in front of us (please, it’s not a bus, it over speeds, converts and becomes a convertible) blocked half of the billboard at Dou Talwar because the assumption of the number of convertibles is directly proportional to the stupidity of the person assuming it, hence, it’s implied by this billboard that people around would be driving convertibles … at least most of the affluent ones. It is also indirectly told that those who cannot afford a convertible cannot afford to buy Asim Jofa as well, the clothing line of course.
And well, they even forgot the correct use of English, it’s like saying, ‘I no good, I a wannabe!’ Here’s a closer look of the colourless billboard chemistry:
The creative hand behind this campaign can hope to have an increase in demand for convertibles in car showrooms … can hope because they would want them to wear Asim Jofa too also because they have assumed the ultimate customers to be driving convertibles.
I’m at work and I don’t feel like working because … I wear Asim Jofa …
